Please be mindful that the FAA had modified their travel restrictions:
US citizens must now have valid passports to travel to and from Canada
It will make scheduling your flights far easier if you bear in mind that Quebec City shares direct flights with Boston, Detroit, Montreal, New York, Newark, Toronto and Winnipeg.
